The project investigates the high-performance technical material carbon in an artistically abstract way in order to extract a new, independent language of form from the material. The design process focused on researching new, unconventional process technologies that can be applied to the material. During this search, the carbon fiebre was placed in two- and three-dimensional structures. The strength and hardening of the fibre was achieved using epoxy resin. In the bowl shown, the hanging fibre projections were brought together to form knot-like legs and create a closed unit. The resulting objects are defined by the material, they speak their own formal language, which is defined by their processing technique.
